Job DescriptionThe Senior Pod Lead is responsible for leading a cross‑functional pod within the Client Value & Lifecycle Studio, accountable for advancing a defined set of client segment, life‑event, or lifecycle priorities from concept through test, scale, or exit. This role owns day‑to‑day delivery, performance, and learning for their portfolio – ensuring initiatives are client‑led, economically sound, and execution‑ready. - Test‑and‑learn execution: Translate strategic intent and hypotheses into clear test plans, success metrics, and learning agendas. Partner with Product, Marketing, Digital, Branch, and Analytics teams to execute pilots using live and synthetic data. Monitor results, surface insights, and recommend adjustments, scaling, or discontinuation.
- Performance & outcome management: Own performance tracking for pod initiatives across client engagement, multi‑service adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Ensure financial assumptions are understood, tracked, and refined in partnership with Finance and Strategy. Clearly articulate outcomes, risks, and implications to Studio and business leadership.
- Cross‑functional coordination & handoffs: Coordinate across Lines of Business and partners to ensure feasibility, alignment, and readiness for scale. Prepare initiatives for transition into scalable operating models, working closely with Growth Studio and business owners.
