Full Job Description
As a Senior PM for Managed Security Provider Experience within Datadog Security, you will define and deliver capabilities that enable our MSSPs and MDR partners to monitor, hunt, triage, and respond to threats across multiple customer environments. You will help extend Datadog Security's Detection Engine into broader multi-tenant security operations workflows for MSSPs and MDR providers operating at scale.

Your work will span federated detection, cross-environment hunting, alert management across organizations, multi-tenant console workflows, analyst triage, case routing, automation, permissions, onboarding, and reporting. Partnering closely with our partners eco-system, strategic enterprise customers, engineering, design, and internal product teams, you will translate complex managed security workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Define and drive the product scope for Datadog's managed security provider experience, with an initial focus on MSSP and MDR workflows
  • Develop a deep understanding of how MSSPs, MDR providers, and strategic enterprise customers monitor, hunt, triage, and respond across multiple customer environments
  • Translate provider needs into clear product requirements for federated detection, cross-environment hunting, alert management, multi-tenant console workflows, case routing, automation, permissions, onboarding, and reporting
  • Partner with Detection Engine engineering to define how detection, hunting, and alerting capabilities should extend across organizations and customer environments
  • Own key capabilities end to end, from discovery and requirements through launch, feedback, iteration, and adoption tracking
  • Define and track success metrics that measure both product effectiveness and business impact, including provider adoption, partner-led opportunities, broader pipeline influence, alert management efficiency, time to triage, coverage across customer environments, workflow completion, and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of product management experience building enterprise software for technical users; experience in security or observability is preferred
  • Familiarity with security operations workflows such as threat detection, incident response, or detection engineering
  • Strong product sense with the ability to balance technical systems thinking and intuitive user experience design
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful products
  • Data-driven and structured in your approach to problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making
  • Effective communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear value for diverse audiences
  • Bonus
    • Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output.
    • You're motivated to push the boundaries of how AI can improve software engineering best practices and contribute to building AI enabled products.

Benefits and Growth:
  • Generous and competitive benefits package
  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan
  • Continuous career development and pathing opportunities
  • Employee-focused best in class onboarding
  • Internal mentor and cross-departmental buddy program
  • Friendly and inclusive workplace culture
