- Hands-on experience building and maintaining components in at least one enterprise CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or Drupal, with demonstrated ownership of templating, authoring workflows, and release-ready implementations.
- Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs, including data fetching, transformation, caching, and front-end rendering, with examples of shipped features or reusable component libraries.
- Demonstrated ability to debug, optimize, and review front-end code using browser developer tools, Git-based workflows, pull requests, and web performance tools such as Lighthouse.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1+ and SEO best practices, with evidence of applying these standards in live digital experiences and collaborating with QA or stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Experience contributing to technical planning, solution reviews, or mentoring junior developers, with examples of leading implementation decisions or improving delivery quality.
Desired:- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience using React in production environments, including component architecture, state handling, and maintainable front-end patterns across multi-page or CMS-driven implementations.
- Experience with Next.js or Gatsby, including static site generation, server-side rendering, or incremental build patterns in client or product work.
- Exposure to TypeScript, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Webpack, Vite, or Babel in team-based development environments.
- Experience with analytics tagging, cloud or container tooling, or design collaboration platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop to support delivery.
