Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Systems Analyst to serve as a key techno-functional partner across Payroll, HR, IT, and Finance. This role will lead and support complex system initiatives with a strong focus on ADP GlobalView integrations, implementations, enhancements, and simplification efforts.

This role works in close partnership with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and key business stakeholders to optimize system architecture, oversee interface performance, maintain data integrity, and support consistent data movement across payroll, HRIS, and external vendor platforms. The successful candidate brings together deep payroll knowledge, technical capability, and strong integration experience to deliver dependable, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful delivery of payroll initiatives focused on system integrations, deployments, and ongoing optimization
  • Support ADP GlobalView implementations, integration changes, and simplification initiatives
  • Translates business needs into system requirements, integration designs, and implementation plans
  • Improve end-to-end data flow, controls, and user experience across payroll platforms
  • Work closely with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to design, document, test, and implement integration solutions
  • Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts to ensure end-to-end process continuity
  • Coordinate solution design activities to improve automation, reduce manual touchpoints, and strengthen controls
  • Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and operational improvement
  • Support process design across multiple functional domains, including payroll operations, HR processes, financial impacts, and system interfaces
  • Help drive simplification of existing GlobalView-related processes and integrations


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 plus years of experience in a systems analyst, business analyst, or techno-functional analyst role
  • Hands-on experience supporting ADP GlobalView integrations, implementations, or simplification initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations, business processes, data flows, and functional requirements documentation
  • Experience supporting testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Familiarity with integration methods such as file-based interfaces, APIs, middleware, and data transformation processes
  • Experience with enterprise system transformation, process simplification, or platform modernization efforts
  • Experience in cross-functional environments where Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT processes intersect


Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the - Global HQ Warren Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
