These partnerships position OFX as a financial service benefit embedded within broader ecosystems, supporting individuals with cross-border financial needs.

You will execute structured account plans, run QBRs, drive partner engagement, and activate growth initiatives while also expanding the channel through new partnerships.

This role requires strong account management discipline, revenue ownership, and cross-functional execution to deliver consistent, scalable growth.

  • Identify and activate referral growth opportunities across partner ecosystems
  • Launch targeted promotional and engagement initiatives to drive adoption within OFX's ICP
  • Identify opportunities for OFX to participate in benefits programs, events, and internal engagement initiatives

  • Deliver accurate commission reporting, performance summaries, and monthly RCTIs
  • Maintain disciplined partner documentation, governance, and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Surface data-driven insights in partnership with Sales Operations and Data teams
  • Identify risks early (declining referrals, conversion gaps, engagement issues) and intervene proactively

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Client Dealing teams to improve referral conversion, activation, and retention
  • Work with Marketing to develop partner-specific campaigns, collateral, and go-to-market motions
  • Engage Sales Operations to refine reporting, dashboards, and partner-level KPIs
  • Coordinate with Finance on commissions, contract compliance, and payout governance
