We're seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager - AWS to join our US team, working remotely. This position calls for blending an entrepreneurial approach to sales with growth strategies driven by partnerships. Your main duty involves carrying a quota and generating tangible revenue through a combination of new-logo acquisition and opportunities sourced or influenced by partners. You'll cultivate strong relationships with senior executives throughout the partner network, jointly develop go-to-market pathways, and establish EPAM's reputation as a top-choice partner for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Req: [redacted] Responsibilities Lead the sales strategy and revenue planning for designated strategic partners Own a personal quota that blends new-logo and partner-generated revenue Establish a sustainable pipeline via direct prospecting and collaborative selling alongside partners Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from initial qualification to final deal closure Craft joint account strategies in collaboration with partner field teams for shared opportunities Encourage partner organizations to give priority to EPAM's collaborative initiatives Guide impactful, value-focused conversations with clients using EPAM and partner offerings Roll out joint go-to-market campaigns while tracking measurable pipeline outcomes Ensure strong governance over forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity accuracy Leverage strategic partner investments and funding to speed up joint successes Requirements Over 10 years in enterprise IT sales or business development, with a focus on acquiring new business A track record of consistently meeting or surpassing personal sales targets Solid understanding of co-selling frameworks and partner-driven commercial approaches Demonstrated skill in handling complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish Thorough knowledge of leading technology ecosystems and how alliances function within them Capability to engage and influence senior executives on both client and partner sides (C-suite level) Outstanding skills in commercial negotiation and strategic reasoning Background working within global, matrixed organizational structures A degree in business, technology, or a related discipline Strong abilities in presenting and communicating Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) Nice to have Background in overseeing revenue strategies driven by alliances Experience running joint go-to-market initiatives and co-funded campaigns Certifications tied to major strategic partner ecosystems (such as leading cloud providers) Fluency in multiple languages and experience in international sales
