We're seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager - AWS to work remotely with our US team. This position calls for blending an entrepreneurial approach to sales with growth strategies rooted in partnerships. Your primary duty involves carrying a quota and generating tangible revenue through securing new clients as well as opportunities sourced or influenced by partners. You'll cultivate strong relationships with senior executives throughout the partner network, jointly build market pathways, and establish EPAM's reputation as a go-to partner for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Req: [redacted] Responsibilities Lead the revenue plan and sales strategy for designated key partners Hold a personal quota that blends new-logo revenue with partner-influenced deals Establish a lasting pipeline via direct outreach and collaborative selling alongside partners Oversee the entire sales process, from initial qualification to final deal closure Craft shared account strategies together with partner field teams for coordinated opportunities Shape partner organizations' priorities to favor EPAM's collaborative initiatives Guide persuasive, value-focused client discussions featuring EPAM and partner offerings Roll out joint go-to-market initiatives while tracking measurable pipeline outcomes Ensure strong governance over forecasting, pipeline reporting, and opportunity accuracy Leverage strategic partner funding and investment to speed up joint successes Requirements A minimum of 10 years in enterprise IT sales or business development, with an emphasis on winning new business A track record of hitting or surpassing individual sales targets Solid grasp of co-selling frameworks and partner-driven commercial approaches Demonstrated skill in handling intricate enterprise sales cycles from start to finish Thorough knowledge of leading technology ecosystems and how alliances operate Capability to engage and sway senior executives on both client and partner sides (C-suite) Outstanding skills in commercial negotiation and strategic reasoning Background working within global, matrixed organizational structures A degree in business, technology, or a related discipline Strong abilities in presenting and communicating Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) Nice to have Previous experience overseeing revenue strategies driven by alliances Knowledge of running joint go-to-market efforts and co-funded marketing campaigns Credentials or certifications tied to strategic partner ecosystems (such as leading cloud providers) Fluency in multiple languages and experience in international sales
