Engineer bidirectional payroll integration interfaces with federal payroll shared service providers (NFC, DFAS, IBC, GSA), implementing HCM Extract and payroll costing flows per providerspecific file specifications
Build and configure integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging adapters, orchestration patterns, error handling, and retry logic to meet uptime SLAs
Implement integration endpoints through the federal APIM gateway using OAuth 2.0, REST/JSON, and OpenAPI 3.0 standards
Develop event-driven, webhook-based, nearrealtime integrations for benefits enrollment, payroll changes, and personnel action notifications

Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and integration testing
Support parallel payroll validation testing through automated comparison tools reconciling Oracle HCM payroll outputs against legacy system results
Serve as a recognized technical authority, setting standards, guiding strategy, and providing oversight across multiple workstreams or Agile Release Trains
