Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing technical knowledge and support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Key responsibilities include supporting the process of translating business needs into formal business requirement deliverables. Job expectations include acting as liaison between the business unit, technical resources, vendors, and clients and participating in design, development and implementation of complex applications or systems, often using new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds trust and confidence with clients and ensure the bank effectively delivers an excellent client experience during technically complex implementations
  • Works closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determines requirements, and develops functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure
  • Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies
  • Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, including testing plans and scripts that serve customer needs
  • Oversees the delivery and execution of the project in line with agreed delivery timelines, driving the participants for the Bank to realize new revenue at the earliest opportunity, and meeting client expectations
