Job DescriptionAxtria is looking for a Senior Omnichannel Orchestration Lead to join our team and partner directly with the commercial organizations of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. This is a senior, client-facing role that blends two halves: roughly 50% delivery leadership, sitting at the center of how modern pharma engages HCPs and patients across a portfolio of clients, and roughly 50% business development, helping Axtria win and grow omnichannel engagements. On the delivery side, you will architect the seamless integration of personal (field-based) and non-personal promotion (NPP) channels with AI at the core, designing intelligent, data-driven journeys where every touchpoint, from a sales rep visit to email, web, programmatic media, is sequenced, timed, and personalized to maximize impact while staying fully compliant. On the growth side, you will shape solutions, lead proposals, and build pipeline that positions Axtria as the omnichannel partner of choice. If you are curious, love new technology, and want to shape where AI-powered commercial engagement is heading, this is your seat at the table.
The ideal candidate brings 12-15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and a demonstrated track record of orchestrating omnichannel journeys across both field and non-personal channels, paired with the commercial instincts to grow client relationships and win new business. You thrive in matrixed environments, moving fluidly across brand, sales, medical, analytics, and IT, and you are energized by being the person clients turn to for answers. As a senior Axtria advisor you will work across a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients rather than a single account, so this is a hybrid role with regular in-person collaboration alongside client and internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and govern the end-to-end omnichannel orchestration strategy across a portfolio of clients, connecting field and NPP channels across multiple brands and therapeutic areas. Partner with client analytics, brand and sales leadership to define channel sequencing rules, trigger logic, and AI-powered NBA frameworks that learn from engagement data and respect HCP/patient preferences and channel fatigue thresholds. Serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison across client marketing, sales operations, data/analytics, and technology teams, translating orchestration strategy into executable business rules and machine-learning models within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Lead cross-functional governance forums that align client stakeholders on orchestration priorities, measurement, and continuous optimization. Define and monitor KPIs for orchestration effectiveness (channel mix, engagement lift, message frequency, and user experience) and turn insights into iterative, data-driven improvements. Ensure orchestration design complies with the regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements governing pharmaceutical promotion. Be the go-to subject matter expert on omnichannel best practices and emerging AI and martech capabilities, actively scouting new technology and bringing bold recommendations to client and Axtria leadership. Manage vendor, agency, and platform partnerships supporting orchestration execution.
Drive business development in collaboration with the dedicated BD partners: shape omnichannel solutions and lead the response to client RFIs and RFPs, partnering with Axtria sales and solution teams to craft winning proposals. Identify and pursue new-logo opportunities and expansion within existing accounts, building and qualifying pipeline across the pharmaceutical/life sciences market. Establish market presence and thought leadership, representing Axtria's omnichannel point of view externally and converting relationships into engagements. Support account planning and commercial strategy, positioning Axtria as the omnichannel partner of choice across the region.
