Position Description & Qualifications

As the Senior Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) Analyst, you will be on a dynamic team, supporting at the U.S. Navy Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) organization where you will provide administrative, financial, and systems support to Department of the Navy and Department of War personnel through the management of N-ERP user access requests, workflow approvals, and timekeeping administration. This position is located at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors.

Serco provides direct support to the TEAM SUB's Corporate Operations directorate.

In this role, you will:

  • Support management of Navy business systems such as ERP and timekeeping.
  • Provides administrative, financial, and systems support to Department of the Navy and Department of War personnel through the management of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) user access requests, workflow approvals, and timekeeping administration.
  • Serves as a liaison between end users, supervisors, system administrators, security managers, and functional business offices to ensure timely processing of access requests, compliance with internal controls, and accurate labor charging and time reporting.
  • Reviews Access Enforcer requests for completeness, proper justification, segregation of duties, and supervisory approval requirements; coordinates the establishment, modification, and removal of user roles and authorizations; and maintains records supporting user provisioning activities.
  • Performs N-ERP Timekeeper and Time Administrator functions, ensuring timely certification, approval, and closeout of time and attendance records in accordance with Department of the Navy policies.
  • Generates reports, tracks compliance metrics, supports audits, inspections, data calls, and management reviews, and provides supporting documentation and system records as required.
  • Develops and maintains desk guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials, serves as a point of contact for routine system and business process inquiries, and provides customer support and guidance to users.
  • Requires experience processing N-ERP access requests and role assignments, reviewing and approving system workflows and administrative transactions, supporting financial, payroll, audit, or administrative operations within a federal government environment, and managing multiple priorities while meeting recurring payroll, compliance, and administrative deadlines.


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active or current DoD Secret Clearance.
  • US Citizenship.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a technical field.
    • Significant management experience may replace degree requirements.
  • 10 years of experience.
  • Experience processing N-ERP access requests and role assignments, reviewing and approving system workflows and administrative transactions, supporting financial, payroll, audit, or administrative operations within a federal government environment, and managing multiple priorities while meeting recurring payroll, compliance, and administrative deadlines.
  • Experience with MS Teams and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
