Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Methods or Process Engineering, specifically in automotive lighting.
• Proficiency in designing automated assembly equipment for automotive applications.
• Experience in developing engineering processes and optimizing production techniques.
• Familiarity with photometric aiming, plastic welding technologies, and gluing equipment.
• Skilled in CAD and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Responsibilities

• Develop and design assembly equipment for automotive lighting.
• Prepare and implement efficient production processes for new and modified automotive lighting products.
• Minimize production costs while adhering to budget constraints.
• Ensure project timelines are met effectively.
• Achieve quality objectives in product manufacturing.
