What you will be doing:- Manage a portfolio of client merchandise programs, developing and executing product strategies aligned to customer objectives
- Lead product sourcing and idea generation to deliver innovative promotional solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Services, Marketing, and vendors to meet program expectations
- Attend strategy meetings, and tradeshows to present merchandise direction
- Influence customer perception through product recommendations and trend insights
- Support forecasting and program planning using product expertise
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends and product innovations

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:- 3+ years experience in merchandising or related field
- 2+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed (less than10%)
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Promotional products experience
- Vendor management experience
- Client-facing experience
- Trend and merchandising expertise
