Job DescriptionSenior Merchandiser (Promo Buyer) will develop product strategies, source innovative solutions, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and vendor partners. Ideal candidates are organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
What you will be doing:- Manage a portfolio of client merchandise programs, developing and executing product strategies aligned to customer objectives
- Lead product sourcing and idea generation to deliver innovative promotional solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Services, Marketing, and vendors to meet program expectations
- Attend strategy meetings, and tradeshows to present merchandise direction
- Influence customer perception through product recommendations and trend insights
- Support forecasting and program planning using product expertise
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends and product innovations

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:- 3+ years experience in merchandising or related field
- 2+ years in Buying/Sourcing
- 2+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed (less than10%)
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Promotional products experience
- Vendor management experience
- Client-facing experience
