You will join the NKP team as a full-stack user interface developer. You will play a crucial role working with backend, product management, and UX teams to design and develop the customer-facing management interface. Your work will involve understanding complex distributed systems and solving customer requirements to expose powerful functionality through intuitive user workflows.

Your Role
As a full-stack developer, you will be working on the complete UI stack, from client-side React/Typescript code to server-side supporting services.
- Architect, design and develop efficient, flexible, scalable, and robust components.
- Deliver a best-in-class user experience to customers, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Develop a good understanding of Kubernetes technologies, including Fleet Management and multi-cloud application lifecycle management.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases to design innovative solutions for customer requirements.
- Work closely with UX design, backend development and product management teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical leadership for a globally distributed team of UI developers.
- Work with the Nutanix Global engineering and multi-functional teams.
What You Will Bring
- 7-10 years of experience working as a Full Stack developer, ideally in a fast-paced startup or growth company environment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and the front-end ecosystem including React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with building user-centric UI workflows and a deep understanding of REST API semantics and design.
- Proven ability to lead the design and delivery of complex projects while collaborating with teammates and stakeholders for timely product releases.
- Flexibility to jump into customer on-calls as needed to solve critical production requirements.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Vancouver, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between CAD $171,200 and CAD $256,800 per annual. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
