Qualifications

• US Board Certification

Responsibilities

• Direct physician-led case and utilization management across all business lines
• Define and execute medical and clinical strategy with a focus on personalized care and digital health
• Develop clinical programs, governance frameworks, and policies for global care
• Collaborate with network development, product design, planning, and sales teams for enterprise transformation
• Conduct clinical reviews for inpatient and outpatient services on authorization and medical necessity
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, telemedicine vendors, and regulatory agencies
• Lead initiatives to improve member experience using BCBS Global Solutions capabilities
• Promote thought leadership by engaging in industry forums and representing the organization at global conferences
