Full Job Description
Role

As a Senior Media Associate - Ad Operations Specialist you'll own the end-to-end trafficking, QA, and campaign launch process across digital media channels. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving technical challenges, and take pride in delivering flawless campaign execution.

You'll work closely with media teams, vendors, and platform partners to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, pixels and tags fire correctly, and every detail is optimized for success.

You will:
  • Own the QA process, from campaign set up to launch and maintenance.
  • Work with third party vendors to verify creative updates and rotations.
  • Work with external partners to troubleshoot campaign issues.
  • Ensure pixels and tags are firing properly on campaign landing pages.
  • Manage your deadlines and workflow.
  • Own the quality and consistency of your deliverables.


Experience:
  • Foundational knowledge of GMP and Social platforms
  • An understanding of dynamic Ad serving (Dynamic Creative Optimization)
  • A basic understanding of how testing gets set-up
  • Fundamental skills in standard and rich media Ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile, search, and other emerging channels
  • Experience in how pixels and tags are set up in a tag manager using if/then logic
  • The ability to transform Ads into their granular components for reporting purposes
  • Transfer your knowledge of trafficking upstream to assist in the population of the trafficking documents to pass off to media teams
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
  • Govern in some capacity all the above technical requirements according to an agency SOP
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and seek help when needed
