Full Job Description
The Media Operations Specialist is an integral part of driving revenue growth and is responsible for the daily support and insights critical to the success of our advertising clients' programs.
• Execute advertising orders on a global basis using internal and external tools (such as ad serving platforms like Google Ad Manager/Ad Butler and analytics tools like Tableau.
• Responsible for handling incoming support requests including click-activity, relevancy issues, and delivery schedules.
• Manage incoming orders for ad operations to ensure optimal execution (while maintaining standards of operation) and monitor ad performance to identify patterns and/or areas for improvement
• Understand customer needs/wishes and provide operational solutions to achieve customer goals
• Effectively partner and consult with internal (development, support, creativity, executive, etc.) and external stakeholders (customers, customer's agency, etc.) at all levels to provide solutions and promote client retention
• Continuously influence the development of tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and operations.

Who/What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of relevant experience working within a service-oriented organization in an ad/media operations role (agency background is a plus)
• At least 2+ years of experience working with ad implementation and campaign executions on ad serving platforms (ex: Google Ad Manager, Ad Butler or OpenX)
• Solid data comparison/analysis skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently (as well as with a team) and manage workload with minimal supervision
• Passion for facilitating internal and external customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, superb attention to detail and ability to work successfully with data-oriented tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
• Curious nature, filled with initiative and committed to follow-through

Preferred, But Not Required:
• Experience with audience building/targeting software is a plus (ex: Bombora)
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and Rich Media
• Experience with Photoshop
• Eye for visual aesthetics and creativity
• Comfortable with Mac computer

The pay range for this position is $84,000 - $151,200 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
