Join our global team asSenior Marketing & Transformation Business Partnertohelp scale digital marketing & sales enablement programs that delight our prospects and customers, generate demand and drive sales conversions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Act as the primary, senior transformation partner and interface for selected global Business Lines

  • Build strong relationships with Business Lines leaders to understand business priorities, capability needs and market challenges and opportunities

  • Represent Business Lines priorities and requirements in global planning, governance and transformation discussions

  • Coordinate and drive change and transformation initiatives for new processes, platforms, tools, AI use cases, playbooks and scalable ways of working across the Business Lines

  • Share best practices and support onboarding of Business Line stakeholders

  • Foster consistent go-to-market execution across digital, offline and sales touchpoints

  • Improve sales-marketing collaboration and handover quality

  • Drive better use of go-to-market platforms, tools and data

Act as a trusted advisor to Business Line stakeholders

  • Ensure efficient planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives and stakeholder alignment processes

  • Advise on how to best leverage central marketing & sales capabilities, platforms and services

  • Drive adoption of marketing campaigns and sales enablement practices that improve commercial effectiveness, strengthen customer engagement and support business growth

Collect, consolidate and prioritize business requirements, capability demands and Business Line feedback to inform global transformation strategies and advise central functions on adoption plans

  • Partner with Business Line leaders to identify capability gaps and define scalable enablement, process and transformation measures

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and platform teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and monitor adoption, readiness, business impact and benefit realization across the Business Lines

  • Advocate for audience-centric, local-first and data-driven decision making across marketing and commercial teams

Your qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Business or a related field

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Commercial/Sales Excellence, Business Transformation, Campaign Management or Marketing Consulting

  • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market models, preferably in MedTech, healthcare technology, life sciences or another complex enterprise environment

  • Proven track record of leading or supporting business transformation, marketing & sales team enablement or digital marketing transformation initiatives within a complex B2B environment

  • Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders across global matrix organizations

  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional project management, consulting, facilitation and change leadership skills

  • Strong understanding of full funnel processes, sales enablement, customer engagement and campaign execution models

  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement platforms or commercial data-driven operating models is a strong advantage

Your attributes and skills:

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills in English are mandatory; ability to communicate effectively across different audiences and organizational levels

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and understanding of stakeholder objectives and organizational dynamics

  • Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without formal authority, including networking and building trusted relationships

  • Strong moderation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, Structured Problem Solving and other transformation methodologies

  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable initiatives and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

  • High level of ownership, initiative and self-motivation, combined with a results-oriented mindset and strong focus on quality and execution

  • Strong service orientation and focus on stakeholder value

  • Passion for transformation, innovation and continuous improvement

  • Willingness to travel nationally & internationally up to 10%

  • Ability to work regularly within Eastern Time Zone business hours and maintain overlap with European and Pacific Time Zone working hours, as the role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and North America (East and West Coast)

The base pay range for this position is:

$107,060 - $147,213

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
