Job DescriptionLeads cross-functional forums that deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators tied to process optimization and improved speed-to-market. Leans into agile methodology to effectively manage marketing programs that support product goals. Adapts ways of working and processes to address prioritization, resource and operational challenges. Drives adoption of the project management tool, Workfront, across the team to effectively manage and progress marketing projects. Ensures agile operating model supports alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows and other banker initiatives. Includes the necessary internal partners in appropriate forums to ensure that marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.
Preferred Skills/Experience - Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services
- Demonstrated experience serving as a liaison between cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to market
- Strong project management experience, including the ability to lead recurring team meetings, planning discussions, project reviews and follow-up conversations that keep work moving forward
- Proven ability to manage intake, prioritization and backlog maintenance processes to ensure work is assigned and advanced effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain planning materials, calendars, milestone communications and feedback loops that support continuous improvement
- Experience using Workfront or a similar work management tool to support workflow implementation, adoption and process improvements
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
- MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Location ExpectationsThis role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
