Job DescriptionSenior Marketing Manager, Emerging Platforms & Content The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making Membership essential by creating and delivering world-class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged Card Members across the customer lifecycle. The Prospect, Partner & Customer Growth (PPCG) team delivers member-centric performance marketing that fuels this success by gaining share of premium demand, deepening Card Member engagement, and marketing premium partnerships and products that deliver differentiated membership experiences.
As consumer discovery rapidly evolves, the way customers find, evaluate and choose products is changing. AI-powered search, LLMs, agentic experiences, content ecosystems and emerging platforms are reshaping the customer journey, creating new opportunities to reach prospective customers. The
Senior Marketing Manager, Emerging Platforms & Content will helpdefine the operating rhythm, cross-channel coordination and strategic direction for emerging acquisition platforms and content across Prospect. This role will develop integrated roadmaps, coordinate experimentation scale strategies that will define the future of marketing. ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:- Evolve and operationalize a holistic prospect strategy and roadmap for emerging acquisition platforms and evolving consumer discovery journeys.
- Build and coordinate an integrated prospect cross-channel roadmap, ensuring priorities, dependencies and execution remain aligned.
- Lead Prospect's content strategy by identifying content opportunities and gaps across first- and third-party ecosystems to improve discoverability, customer engagement and acquisition performance.
- Monitor competitive activity, platform evolution and industry trends, translating external insights into actionable strategies, executive narratives and business recommendations.
- Develop executive ready roadmaps, presentations and strategic materials that clearly communicate priorities, progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Establish governance, operating rhythms and scorecards that track delivery, adoption, experimentation and business impact across initiatives.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Digital, Analytics, channel teams, agencies and external partners to accelerate execution and ensure work is connected.
- Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, connect initiatives across teams and improve the speed and effectiveness of execution.
