Mark Thomas is hiring an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Senior Marketing Coordinator is an experienced industry proposal professional who executes much of the same responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator; however, can complete tasks more autonomously and efficiently and maintain a workload with more complex and higher volume of proposals successfully. This position organizes and drives teams to develop proposals for public infrastructure projects to develop winning proposals and targeted messaging that resonates with the client. This position requires a proven marketer who has demonstrated persistency and rigor when gathering information from technical team members to organize, revise, and produce relevant information on multiple projects under tight deadlines for delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates internal and external deadline-driven qualification packages and proposals.
• Coordinates marketing materials, resumes, project abstracts, proposals, and presentations.
• Researches and prepares qualifications content, project descriptions, and staff bios.
• Edits technical proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and targeted messaging.
• Assists with the development of other marketing materials, to include award submittals, brochures, and other collateral.
• Maintains marketing Information databases, including updating resumes, project descriptions, client contact information, and text libraries.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related discipline preferred
• 5-7+ years of progressive industry-specific marketing experience
• Demonstrated proposal writing, editing and desktop publishing skills - with intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to manage concurrent proposal and marketing activities
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong initiative
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess strong people skills and the ability to interact with all levels of professionals, with the personality and skill set to direct others
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with a variety of unique and diverse people and personalities
• Exhibits a "can-do" attitude and willing to lead and follow as a team player
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness while working independently to handle multiple deadlines and accommodate shifting priorities
• Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
