Location: Remote - United States, in states where Kalosys is registered as an employer (eligibility confirmed during the hiring process; we are unable to hire residents of California at this time). Travel: approximately 7-10 company-paid trips per year to industry and partner events within the US, with occasional evening/weekend hours around events.

Reports to: President & CEO

The Role

You'll be the operational engine of our marketing presence - making Kalosys consistently visible and professionally represented across social media, industry events, and our marketing systems. You'll work directly with the President & CEO, direct a design contractor and a HubSpot partner agency who execute under your coordination, and turn our executive team's expertise into public presence.

This role starts as a senior operator position with unusual visibility for its level - and it's built to grow. We're rebuilding the marketing function and are specifically looking for someone with the ambition to take on progressively broader ownership of it; our intent is for this role to grow into leading marketing programs and operations as the function and your impact expand.

What You'll Own

Social Media Management & Presence (~50%)
  • Run the company's social presence end to end: LinkedIn first, with a consistent 2-3x weekly publishing cadence
  • Operate our AI-assisted content pipeline: turn raw executive input (voice memos, notes, points of view) into polished, on-brand posts
  • Support executive personal-brand presence - drafting, scheduling, and engagement support for leadership accounts
  • Manage community engagement, the content calendar, and brand standards on everything that ships
  • Report monthly on audience growth, engagement, and content performance

Event Coordination & Partner Sponsorships (~35%)
  • Own end-to-end event execution: conference presence, partner-sponsored events with national channel partners, client events, and our annual general meeting
  • Manage sponsorship deliverables and deadlines - booth logistics, swag, collateral, session materials, vendors
  • Provide onsite coordination: setup, staffing logistics, lead capture, teardown
  • Run pre- and post-event marketing and lead handoff into our CRM; track event budgets, ROI, and commitments

Physical Requirements: This role involves occasional onsite event support, including standing for extended periods, moving and setting up event materials (up to 25 lbs), and assisting with booth setup and teardown. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.

Marketing Coordination (~15%)
  • Direct our HubSpot partner agency: brief campaign and workflow needs, review delivered work, and hold quality and timelines
  • Monitor intent-data alerts (6sense) and execute routing plays so warm accounts reach our business leads
  • Own the monthly marketing performance report across channels, drawing on agency-produced data
  • Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and vendor/subscription administration

What We're Looking For

Must-haves
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing coordination, social media management, or marketing operations - with programs you've independently owned
  • Demonstrated experience running a company social media presence with measurable growth
  • Event coordination experience - you've owned logistics for conferences, sponsorships, or corporate events
  • Experience directing agencies or contractors - briefing work, reviewing deliverables, holding quality and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (enough to brief, review, and quality-check agency execution)
  • Working knowledge of HeyReach (LinkedIn automation platform)
  • Strong writing and editing - able to take an AI-assisted draft to publishable, executive-grade quality
  • Genuine AI fluency. You use AI daily in real work, with sound judgment: validating output, protecting confidential information, and preserving an executive's authentic voice. Be ready to walk us through specifics.
  • Highly organized and deadline-reliable; based in the United States and able to travel as described above

Nice-to-haves
  • Experience at an IT services, consulting, or MSP firm - or marketing to CIO/CTO/CISO audiences
  • Exposure to intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase) or ABM motions
  • Basic design competence (Canva, Adobe) for light asset work

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
  • Kalosys publishes consistently and our executive presence grows measurably - followers, engagement, inbound conversations
  • Sponsorship and event deliverables land accurately, on time, and to a professional standard - leads captured and followed up
  • Intent-driven routing plays run reliably, and marketing reporting is trusted and on time every month
  • You're operating with growing independence - ready to take on broader ownership of the marketing function

How to Apply

Send your resume along with:
  • Examples of social content you've produced for a company or executive audience - anonymized, redacted, or personal examples are welcome if employer content can't be shared
  • 3-5 sentences on how you use AI tools in your current work - including how you validate output and keep quality high
