Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management and manufacturing engineering.
- Experience leading the specification, development, and implementation of manufacturing fixtures, equipment, and process flows.
- Experience collaborating with design teams early in the hardware lifecycle to ensure design for manufacturing principles are properly incorporated into product architectures.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- Experience with high-volume, high-precision consumer electronics.
- Experience with design for manufacturing methodologies in areas including but not limited to manual and semi automated precision electronic assembly, sealing, adhesives, metal fabrication and finishing, injection molding, and leak testing.
- Experience with flexible, scalable line design and balancing.
- Fluency with NX or other CAD tools, DOE, GRR, tolerance analysis, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities - Influence product definition and architecture selection, in close collaboration with product design teams, via early design for manufacturing engagement.
