We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in fast-paced engineering environments and enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges involving precision components, advanced assemblies, and innovative thermal and energy systems.

This is an opportunity to work directly with R&D, design, and production teams to develop scalable manufacturing processes for commercial and military products. What You'll Work On
  • Lead manufacturing process development for new products transitioning from R&D into production
  • Design and implement assembly lines, tooling, fixtures, and test setups
  • Collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability, quality, and reliability
  • Develop detailed work instructions, process documentation, and production travelers
  • Support fabrication and assembly operations involving:
    • CNC machining
    • Sheet metal fabrication
    • Injection and rotational molding
    • Tube assembly fabrication
    • Precision mechanical assemblies
  • Optimize workflow, equipment layout, and production efficiency
  • Support low-volume and pilot production builds while preparing products for larger-scale manufacturing
  • Mentor junior manufacturing, industrial, and process engineers
What We're Looking For

We're looking for engineers who enjoy being on the production floor, solving real-world problems, and building practical manufacturing solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in several of the following areas:
  • New product introduction (NPI)
  • Production line setup and process implementation
  • Tooling and fixture design
  • DFM (Design for Manufacturability)
  • GD&T interpretation and application
  • Manufacturing documentation and traceability systems
  • Continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams
