Full Job Description
We are looking for Senior Manager, Workplace Operations to lead our Corporate Office Operations team. You will ensure our corporate offices run smoothly and consistently, as well as support all corporate events and overall employee experience. You are the heartbeat of our organization and ensure CLEAR's culture and values shine through in every aspect of our corporate office environments.

What you'll do:
  • Create and maintain the overall workplace services strategy and operating model, establishing the necessary processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations of each of our workplaces
  • Work closely with the Finance team to create and effectively manage annual site budgets based upon specific site needs and workforce projections
  • Oversee vendor partners, the corporate food and beverage/pantry program, and building services across CLEAR's network of global sites
  • Lead the Workplace Operations team consisting of receptionists, ensuring the successful execution of core office management responsibilities and driving continuous operational improvement in partnership with executive site sponsors and site leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to maintain an understanding of CLEAR's strategy and growth projections and translate needs into future workplace requirements
  • Own, lead, and execute all corporate in-office and off-site events - including surprise and delight moments throughout the year

  • 7+ years experience in office operations and/or facilities management, including experience in budget management, contract negotiations, relationship management, and event planning
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
  • Proactive customer / client service mindset and high service standards
  • Excellent operations and process orientation and organizational skills; passion for continuous improvement
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
