Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations - ITAD

About the Role

Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Senior Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

As a key member of the operations leadership team, you'll develop high-performing teams, support the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming technology assets for refurbishment, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest operational standards. You will work closely with Transportation, Inventory Control, Engineering, Human Resources, and Customer Service to align operations, optimize performance, and achieve business objectives

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and facility efficiency.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, service levels, quality, safety, and cost performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, capacity planning, and space utilization.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a large team of managers, supervisors, and operational associates across multiple functional areas.
  • Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive business results.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Supply Chain, Transportation, Customer Experience, HR, and Finance to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
  • Support long-term growth by contributing to strategic planning, workforce planning, and operational readiness initiatives.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or supply chain leadership experience.
  • 5+ years leading supervisors, managers, and large operational teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven success managing complex warehouse operations while driving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong experience implementing operational strategies, process improvements, and performance management programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory control, labor planning, and distribution center best practices.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and executive-level communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for training and business meetings.


The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $105,500.00 - $179,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
