  • Monitor market conditions, transportation capacity, economic trends, and regulatory changes, translating insights into proactive sourcing, network, and operational strategies.
  • Resolve complex transportation and supply chain challenges by identifying root causes, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and implementing sustainable corrective actions across the organization.
  • Support business growth initiatives, new product introductions, and operational changes by ensuring transportation requirements, cost considerations, service expectations, and logistics capabilities are incorporated into planning and execution.
  • Lead the optimization of healthcare and laboratory/clinic logistics networks across a large and geographically dispersed clinic and collection-site footprint, ensuring the reliable, compliant, and cost-effective movement of specimens, testing materials, supplies, and related assets.
  • Evaluate end-to-end logistics workflows, identifying operational inefficiencies, service gaps, and cost drivers while implementing sustainable solutions that improve turnaround times, customer experience, network performance, and freight spend.
  • Partner with field operations, laboratory leadership, procurement, customer service, couriers, carriers, and collection sites to continuously improve transportation performance and network effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute logistics and transportation improvement initiatives that maximize network utilization, increase operational efficiencies, improve service delivery, and deliver measurable cost savings.
