Overview

The Senior Manager VM Store Operations position is a field leadership role with focus on execution of all functional aspects of in-store operational experiences within a market span of stores. Including but not limited to special projects, in-store visual merchandising, operational standards, and best in class omni execution. They are the operational subject-matter-expert in support of Field DMs. The Sr. Mgr. VM Store Operations will work in conjunction with the field DM team to collectively achieve the business objectives for their geo stores.

The Senior Manager, VM Store Operations will support the San Francisco area.

Responsibilities

  • Functional expert in all areas of in-store operations including but not limited to visual merchandising, operational standards, and
    capital/ special projects.
  • Create an environment of in-store operational excellence.
  • Create alignment between CX Field and Brand Teams
  • Impact continuous output reaching full potential of people, tools, and technology relative to operations.
  • Build an industry leading Sr. Mgr. In-Store Ops team
  • Elevate in-store operational effectiveness.
  • Puts action against GEO insights to advance competitive edge.
  • Deliver financial excellence by executing against the annual financial plans for company.
  • Balance shifting priorities to minimize CX disruptions.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 8 years of relevant retail experience
  • Ability to execute strategies in support of business strategies.
  • Ability to effectively work with a diverse workforce at varying levels in the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and development of insights and recommendations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical Environment:
  • Primary responsibilities require sitting, operating, and viewing a computer and other business equipment for up to 12 hours.
  • While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear and see.
  • Repetitive movement of hands and fingers.


Work Environment:
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
  • 75% travel required including overnights

The annual base salary range is $ 100,000 - $ 120,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
