  • Establish Benefit Profile & Value Realization Frameworks: Help design scalable frameworks, governance approaches, and methodologies to assess, measure, and communicate strategic, financial, operational, customer, and AI-driven benefits across initiatives.
  • Drive Structured Problem Solving & Executive Insights: Translate incomplete and complex information into clear executive-level insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • Shape Operating Models & Governance Approaches: Establish practical and scalable governance routines, stakeholder engagement models, and reporting approaches that improve organizational alignment and investment transparency.
  • Influence Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Operations, Business, Strategy, and AI teams to align on priorities, assumptions, methodologies, and value realization approaches.
  • Support AI Value Realization Strategy: Contribute to the organization's evolving approach for measuring and governing AI-enabled productivity and operational benefits, including navigating ambiguity in emerging measurement methodologies.
