Full Job Description
Corrpro Canada is a technology-enabled Cathodic Protection services company that provides construction, inspection, engineering, materials management and custom software and hardware to deliver innovative and data-driven corrosion management solutions. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management to drive the strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, inventory management, supplier performance, and vendor agreements. The role develops and executes supply chain strategies that support operational excellence, cost optimization, risk management, and sustainable growth. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the efficient acquisition, management, and delivery of goods and services while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationship activities.
  • Establish and maintain procurement governance, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee competitive sourcing processes including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
  • Manage enterprise-wide supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality, service, cost effectiveness, and business continuity.
  • Lead negotiations of significant commercial agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and master service agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize supply disruptions.
  • Identify and implement cost savings, process improvements, and value creation opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Manage supply chain risk, including supplier concentration, market disruptions, and continuity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Business Leaders to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on procurement spend, inventory performance, supplier effectiveness, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead transformation and continuous improvement projects leveraging technology, automation, and industry best practices.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence.

  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, and operational experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for contracts, inventory, supplier management, and strategic sourcing
  • Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate complex agreements, prepare executive-level reports, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reasoning Skills: Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical capability, and sound judgment. Ability to assess complex operational and commercial situations, evaluate risk, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
