The Opportunity
Joining a top-performing team backing the President of Adobe's Creativity and Productivity business presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with executives and senior leaders driving AI transformation and strategic operations across the organization.
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of two mandates. It involves scaling Adobe's AI enablement program and serving as a trusted partner on central initiatives supporting the Office of the President of Creativity and Productivity.
You will be the person who turns ambiguous, high-stakes priorities into structured, delivered outcomes. One week you may be standing up the operating model for an AI adoption cohort; the next, building an executive narrative for a President-level review or unblocking a cross-functional initiative that has stalled. You move fluidly between strategy and execution, and you make the leaders around you faster and sharper.
The ideal candidate combines advanced program management skills with strong business intuition and a genuine enthusiasm for applied AI. You actively use AI to streamline your own workflows, you are always learning what is newly possible, and you enjoy teaching and enabling others to work the same way. You are comfortable working under tight timelines, building relationships effortlessly, navigating matrixed organizations with ease, and consistently converting complexity into results.
What you'll do
• Build and drive the execution of AI programs within the C&P organization: operationalize adoption cohorts, scale proven pilots, and translate strategy into structured, trackable workstreams
• Serve as a strategic execution partner on priority initiatives, including projects supporting the Office of the President of Creativity and Productivity
• Build executive-ready communications (briefs, decks, narratives, leadership updates) that drive decisions
• Distill ambiguous, high-priority problems into clear plans, then lead them to tangible outcomes
• Lead with AI in practice: find where AI tools and workflows create leverage, redesign processes around them, and model what good looks like for the team
• Drive AI change management and transformation: shift perspectives and behaviors, build momentum for new ways of working, and move teams from pilots to sustained adoption
• Navigate the C&P matrix to align cross-functional partners, build accountability, and unblock progress without formal authority
• Develop simple, repeatable processes and operating rhythms that scale and reduce leadership cognitive load
• Anticipate what leaders need before they ask, and take work off their plate end-to-end
What you'll need to succeed
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting at a top firm, or strategy & operations at a leading technology company
• Proven track record of exceptional program and project management on complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Genuine AI enthusiasm: hands-on use of AI tools in daily work, a habit of learning what is newly possible, and a desire to teach and enable others
• A clear point of view on how AI changes the way work gets done, and the instinct to redesign processes and workflows around it
• Experience leading change management or transformation efforts, with a track record of driving adoption and new ways of working across an organization
• Strong communication and storytelling judgment, with the ability to use AI to produce executive-quality materials efficiently
• Experience working directly with senior executives and producing materials for them
• Strong business intuition and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Ability to build structure, drive accountability, and deliver results across senior-level, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
