Working across the organization and with external vendor support, the Senior Manager will manage complex reporting obligations, resolve execution challenges, and strengthen how information is coordinated across teams. A major focus will be transforming the reporting operating model through greater standardization and the responsible use of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

This hands-on individual contributor role offers broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to build specialized expertise while shaping a more efficient, consistent, and scalable enterprise capability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and execute the preparation, review, validation, approval, and timely submission of state price transparency reports in partnership with external vendor support and internal data owners.
  • Monitor pricing and product events, including wholesale acquisition cost changes, new product launches, and other reportable product events. Assess applicable reporting obligations, required data, disclosure requirements, and submission deadlines.
  • Maintain a current repository of state price transparency requirements and partner with Policy and Legal to translate regulatory interpretations into clear reporting rules, processes, and documentation.
  • Establish and maintain governance, controls, approval procedures, and documentation standards that support data integrity, consistent execution, and audit readiness across state submissions.
  • Coordinate reporting inputs across internal teams and external vendors, resolve data and process gaps, and serve as an operational escalation point for complex reporting issues.
  • Provide reporting and operational subject-matter support to State Government Affairs and Policy as they assess emerging legislation, regulatory requirements, and potential implementation implications.
  • Partner with Policy, Legal, Commercial, Digital, and other functions to implement applicable price transparency disclosures across relevant materials, platforms, and field-facing activities.
  • Partner with the Director, who serves as product owner for the state price transparency reporting platform, to translate reporting needs into business requirements and coordinate testing and implementation. Modernize the reporting function through process standardization, stronger vendor workflows, and the responsible use of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

  • Ability to understand complex regulatory, policy, or business requirements and translate them into practical reporting processes, controls, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement more standardized, efficient, and scalable ways of working.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements, risks, issues, and next steps clearly to diverse stakeholders.
