Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Enterprise Item and Sourcing is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide product sourcing, vendor operations, and item data ecosystem at Crate and Barrel. The role includes end-to-end ownership of vendor-facing processes such as onboarding, purchase order (PO) services, invoicing, chargebacks, item classification, and vendor integration platforms(EDI, OpenText, GTNexus).

You will ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of legacy systems (AS400/RPG, .NET) while supporting the roadmap for future modernization and API-based integrations. You will also lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning across engineering and operations. This role combines operational leadership, technical expertise, and people management to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions across the enterprise.
