Full Job Description
Are you interested in defining how Arm supports the next generation of XR and wearables? Join a team connecting AI assistants, continuous sensing, and new form factors with the compute platforms behind useful experiences!

About the role

You will set a multi-year strategy for AI glasses, display glasses, mixed-reality devices, companion wearables, smartwatches, wearables, and related edge devices. You will connect market needs with firmware, system software, AI and vision workloads, sensor fusion, camera and display pipelines, connectivity, security, SoC requirements, power, thermal design, and form factors.

What you will do

You will define the segment, priority use cases, annual goals, investment recommendations, and measures of success. You will analyze trends across devices, silicon and platform providers, operating systems, AI assistants, developer tools, applications, content, commerce, and cloud services.

You will translate customer and market insight into positioning, messaging, and thought leadership across compute, graphics and display, AI, vision, connectivity, security, and power efficiency. You will coordinate Product, Sales, Business Development, Developer Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Communications, Events, and regional teams on go-to-market plans and product priorities.

You will create executive presentations, customer narratives, sales tools, launch content, partner stories, webinars, and event programs. You will build relationships with OEMs, silicon partners, platform providers, developers, ODMs, and content providers. You will measure ecosystem engagement, customer influence, opportunity progress, content performance, partner activation, and segment perception, and represent Arm with customers and industry groups.

What you bring

You bring 8+ years of experience in segment marketing, product marketing, product management, ecosystem marketing, business development, or related work. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, marketing, business, or a related field is required; an MS, MBA, or comparable experience is welcome.

You understand XR, smart glasses, wearables, edge AI, and the links among hardware, software, operating systems, applications, developer ecosystems, silicon platforms, and partner business models. You can explain complex architectures in clear language for technical, business, customer, and executive audiences.

You collaborate across functions, solve ambiguous problems, and influence senior colleagues and external partners. Clear writing, presentation, webinar, customer, and conference communication is important.

Preferred experience

You may also have experience in the semiconductor or compute ecosystem; work with OEMs, silicon partners, platform providers, developers, content providers, or ODMs; emerging-category marketing; XR, AR, VR, smart glasses, smartwatches, hearables, companion devices, edge AI, low-power systems, or the Arm ecosystem; or Mandarin proficiency.

What we offer

We offer benefits that support health, financial wellbeing, time away from work, and ongoing development, subject to local eligibility. We support continuous learning and cross-functional growth. You will also have the opportunity to influence a visible emerging segment and work with customers and partners across the industry.

This role requires travel to customers, partners, events, and Arm locations. No relocation package is available.
