Position SummaryPlan, Coordinate, and Direct activities of the project team or scrum team including overseeing and coordinating events, activities, and milestones. Ensure that any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress are identified and addressed. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams, and supporting the Product Owner or Business Owner in scoping / product backlog management and prioritization. Develop strategy to monitor and measure the team's progress through established metrics, promoting self-organization and autonomy among team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity. Manage multiple assignments concurrently if needed.
Required Qualifications- 7-10+ years of work experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications- 10+ years work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).
EducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
