What would you do?Lead talented cross-functional teams to deliver unique and challenging strategy and implementation projects for clients that advance their ambitions for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. As a Senior Manager, you can expect to:
- Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives-spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI-to deliver measurable client impact
- Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution
- Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization
- Quantify and clearly articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions
- Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting
- Own client outcomes, including accountability for contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
- Act as escalation point for critical delivery or client issues
- Shape client vision and strategic roadmap across people, process, technology, and data
- Provide clear points of view on digital lab solutions, including platform and approach tradeoffs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to Senior Directors and VPs
- Align stakeholders and drive priorities across complex, multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrate business acumen and organizational awareness in navigating client environments
- Articulate compelling value propositions and business cases
- Lead and support business development, including opportunity identification and pursuit execution
- Develop thought leadership that drives practice growth, differentiation, and market recognition
- Build and apply deep expertise in laboratory operations, industry trends, and digital technologies
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; provide performance feedback and mentorship
- Foster a high-performance culture with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Actively manage risks to engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputation
- Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations
Here's What You Need:- 8+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces
- Bachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)
Preferred Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in consulting
- Experience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT
- Experience originating, negotiating, and contracting work
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills
