In this vital role under the direction of the Chronic Weight Management Global Indication Lead, this role responsible for shaping and driving enterprise integrated execution across MariTide lifecycle expansion initiatives, including Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Patient Impact Expansion (PIE), and future obesity franchise opportunities. The role serves as the integrator across obesity Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Patient Impact Expansion (PIE), being accountable for enabling cross-functional decision-making, influencing portfolio prioritization, and driving successful delivery of key milestones that maximize patient and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise portfolio integration and strategic influence across the cross-functional execution of the OSA indication and PIE initiatives, ensuring alignment across development, medical, regulatory, commercial, and operations functions.
- Shape and operationalize the integrated program plan and critical timelines, driving accountability, visibility, and delivery against key milestones.
- Drive execution excellence across Global Development, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, and Operations functions to ensure successful execution of interconnected portfolio initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to enable timely, decision-ready outcomes.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring clear linkage between global objectives and operational effectiveness to support launch readiness and lifecycle management.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making, serving as a central integrator to ensure clarity, speed, and coordinated execution and prioritization across stakeholders.
- Own integrated program processes, including development of recommendations, strategic options, and decision-enablement materials for senior leadership and governance forums, enabling efficient, data-driven decisions at key program milestones.
- Influence prioritization of activities and resources, aligning execution against highest-value opportunities and portfolio objectives.
- Embed continuous improvement and cross-program learning into execution to enhance team effectiveness, agility, and speed to patient.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and mitigate enterprise risks, dependencies, and operational challenges impacting program delivery.
- Lead cross-functional planning processes and ensure linkage between global strategy, business priorities, and operational execution.
- Anticipate emerging portfolio risks, competitive developments, and strategic opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding priorities and execution strategies.
- Drive collaboration across functions and geographies to support efficient execution and alignment with broader enterprise objectives.

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 5 years of biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management experience
OR
Master's degree and 8 years of biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Consulting experience with a leading management consulting firm is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems in a consulting environment, including stakeholder management, data analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs through key development and commercialization milestones
- Strong executive presence with experience supporting senior governance and decision-making forums
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse, global stakeholders

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
