About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to own and scale the operating cadence behind our go-to-market engine. You'll partner directly with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product leaders to run planning, forecasting, reporting, quota and territory management, process optimization, and the design and administration of our sales incentive plans. This is a player/coach role - you'll set the standard for how the work gets done, mentor a small team, and stay hands-on in the systems and the data yourself. Following SevenRooms' recent acquisition by DoorDash, we maintain a unified hiring process and are excited to build our integrated revenue operations function.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Unify our revenue data into a single source of truth. Bring together fragmented data across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing systems so that leaders are making decisions from one trusted set of numbers.
- Build a GTM systems ecosystem that scales with the pace of the business. Own the tooling roadmap with SFDC as the central hub - evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving the platforms our revenue teams run on.
- Design incentive mechanisms that drive the right behaviors. Partner with Finance and People to build, model, and administer sales compensation and quota plans, then optimize them as performance and market conditions change.
- Own the rhythm of the business. Run bottoms-up planning, target-setting, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and funnel reporting across all lead sources, segments, and geographies.
- Act as a hands-on operating partner to GTM leadership. Support segment and geo leaders across Sales and Customer Success, translating strategy into process and helping their teams get more out of the capacity they have.
- Lead and develop a small, high-leverage team. Mentor analysts and operators while staying close enough to the work to build it yourself when speed demands it.
We're excited about you because...- You have 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Strategy roles in B2B SaaS environments, including experience leading or mentoring others
- You are systems- and data-forward - you can architect the reporting yourself rather than only directing someone else to build it - with working expertise across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (SQL, Looker/Sigma, Gong, Outreach)
- You have designed and administered sales compensation and quota plans, including the analysis and modeling required to align incentives with strategic objectives
- You have supported multi-segment and multi-geography sales motions, and can adapt process to regional differences without fragmenting the operating model
- You have a track record of change management - building aligned tooling and developing repeatable methods to plan, forecast, measure, and systemize revenue KPIs
- You thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with high autonomy, build productive relationships across functions and levels, and can communicate complex operational trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders
CompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
