What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics will play a critical role in supporting the physical distribution network strategies including management, tracking and reporting on spend, funding commitments and executions, as well as leading reporting and presentations to senior leaders. The Reporting & Analytics team develops the high-level strategy for the physical distribution channel investment including planning, governance, business case development and post-execution performance reporting, as well as managing data requirements and analytics to support Physical Network Strategy initiatives.

What will you do?
  • Develop and manage tracking of network activities, commitments and executions to be leveraged in reporting and presentations
  • Lead the delivery of reporting and partner with teams outside of Physical Network Strategy
  • Support the annual budget process and business case
  • Provide clear, concise and insightful analysis and presentations to stakeholders and senior management
  • Support retail strategic initiatives and market plans by building long-term financial models, producing income statement projections, and evaluating key KPIs (e.g., NPV, payback period)


What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • University degree in business, finance or other quantitative field of study (e.g. financial analysis)
  • Very strong attention to detail, prioritizing data integrity, completeness and accuracy in all activities
  • Strong financial acumen and capabilities including expertise in financial analysis and modelling
  • Experience in and ability to clearly formulate/articulate findings to stakeholders and senior management in reporting and presentations
  • Expert Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity and/or experience in financial planning, budgeting and business strategy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to simultaneously and independently manage multiple projects and deadlines


Nice to have:
  • Broad understanding of bank channel economics, bank physical distribution, and real estate
  • Knowledge of analytics and related tools, such as SQL and Alteryx
