The Senior Manager leads and oversees the governance of Global HR's project portfolio in Canada, ensuring plans and initiatives are executed in alignment with business strategies and objectives while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

The Senior Manager provides financial expertise and portfolio guidance to the HR community. This role is responsible for portfolio planning, prioritization, business case approvals, and monthly project forecasting. It oversees executive portfolio reporting and ensures compliance with the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF).

Acts as a central point of contact with the Enterprise PMO, ensuring projects meet financial and governance requirements from initiation through post-implementation. Also accountable for day-to-day OPEX management, including FTE forecasting and expense oversight.
