Full Job Description
The Position

Arevon is recruiting for the position of Senior Manager, Project Execution Operations & Technology. This role is intended for a highly structured business enablement and program leader who can work at the intersection of EPC execution, contracts, project controls, business systems, CLM/PMIS integration, AI-enabled workflows, reporting, centralized intake, self-service contracting, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Senior Director, Procurement Contracts to translate Arevon's EPC and commercial operating needs into practical dashboards, workflows, process maps, technology improvements, training materials, adoption plans, triage logic, and implementation roadmaps that make project execution faster, clearer, compliant, and more repeatable.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager is responsible for designing and implementing the operating infrastructure that supports EPC commercial discipline, reporting, process standardization, technology adoption, self-service contracting, intake management, compliance guardrails, and lessons learned. This role is not expected to be the deepest EPC subject matter expert on day one; instead, it requires the ability to learn quickly from manager and functional leaders, convert industry context into clear business requirements, and drive durable execution improvements. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for:

EPC Reporting, Dashboards & Operating Cadence:
  • Develop portfolio-level EPC reporting for contract status, change orders, open commercial issues, approval bottlenecks, schedule risk indicators, lessons learned, system adoption, and process adherence.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and recurring reporting packages using Power BI, Salesforce/Sitetracker, Microsoft 365, and other approved systems.
  • Define reporting requirements with functional leaders and ensure reports are tied to source systems, clear ownership, decision needs, and practical executive visibility.
  • Support executive touchpoint materials, including pipeline snapshots, risk heatmaps, major deal status, claim mitigation, self-service adoption, turnaround SLAs, compliance metrics, project readiness, and decisions requiring senior leadership input.

Process Improvement, AI Enablement & Workflow Automation:
  • Map current-state EPC and contracts workflows, identify bottlenecks, clarify handoffs, and develop future-state processes that reduce rework, ambiguity, and manual follow-up.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled use cases for meeting follow-up, issue tracking, document review triage, contract obligation tracking, RFI visibility, schedule risk review, and executive reporting.
  • Create SOPs, templates, workflow guides, role clarity documents, training materials, and adoption plans to support consistent execution across departments.

Technology Integration, Salesforce/Sitetracker & Drone Program Coordination:
  • Serve as the Project Execution business lead or power user for EPC-related technology improvements, including Salesforce/Sitetracker, Power BI, Planner, Aconex, Procore, SmartPM, Microsoft 365, and other project controls or collaboration platforms where applicable.
  • Coordinate drone-program concepts and related data workflows across construction, engineering, asset management, quality, module performance, documentation, and operations stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT, business systems, and functional super users to ensure tool configuration, data fields, dashboards, workflows, and user practices align with how Arevon actually executes projects.
  • Configure and maintain reporting and automation logic for KPI tracking.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, project controls, process improvement, technology implementation, construction operations, contracts operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business workflows into clear requirements, dashboards, SOPs, process maps, adoption plans, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Technical fluency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Salesforce/Sitetracker or similar platforms; experience with AI-enabled workflow tools, automation, document management, or construction technology is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CLM, PMIS, workflow automation, dashboard governance, self-service portal administration, intake queue management, approval matrix design, or similar business enablement infrastructure is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to learn EPC, renewable energy, construction, procurement, contracts, financing, and owner-side project execution context quickly and ask practical questions that expose process gaps.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and change-management skills; able to work across senior leaders, subject matter experts, system owners, and field-oriented project teams.
  • Self-starter with sound judgment, curiosity, humility, urgency, crisp follow-through, and the ability to turn ambiguous improvement ideas into implemented business capability.
