Senior Manager, Supply Chain Partner Management             

Location: Smyrna, TN

What you will be doing:

The Senior Manager of Partner Management, will be assigned to specific client accounts and will be responsible for delivering for our customers and partners across multiple lines of business, including advanced exchange replacements, same unit repairs, and same-day deliveries.  The successful candidate must possess excellent creative thinking, problem solving, influencing, and people skills, as well as the ability to facilitate significant results in ambiguous situations.  This is a position with extensive responsibilities and a high amount of self-governing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Supply Chain point of contact to intake and evaluate new opportunities from client services and existing clients.
  • Provide strategic direction to Supply Chain functions to make the right decisions for the customer and partner.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Strategy and subject matter experts to help inform new ideas by identifying areas to differentiate and capture value.
  • Influence key stakeholders with data and facts to facilitate the best strategic and financial resolutions for Supply Chain and Asurion.
  • Identify and prioritize program opportunities to ensure we are consistently delivering new capabilities and value to the customer.  Influence teams to prioritize capabilities that are important to the Supply Chain organization.
  • Hold Supply Chain teams accountable for delivering against our Customer Promise goals, using dashboards and frequent engagement.
  • Ensure Supply Chain functions are compliant with contractual and business commitments by performing regular in-depth program reviews.
  • Serve as the client expert for covered client visits to our Supply Chain headquarters by providing metrics, insights, and account strategy to influence key visit messages and outcomes.
  • Form strategic partnerships across Supply Chain and with other cross-functional teams in and outside the organization.
  • Re-frame how Supply Chain measures performance, bringing functions closer to the customer.
  • Review customer escalations: drive teams to determine root cause and solve for systemic problems.
