Position Summary Are you a strategic product marketing leader who thrives on transforming businesses through consumer insight and bold innovation? Join us as our Senior Manager Product Marketing, where you'll lead the charge in defining our category strategy and building the innovation platforms that will drive growth.
In this role, you'll act as the strategic owner for your category - setting the consumer-led vision, shaping the product positioning for the +5 year product roadmap, and deciding which innovations move forward. You'll turn insights into action, building fewer, bigger, better products that create value for our customers, professionals, consumers and the brand.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building strategy and capability simultaneously, someone who can set direction and roll up their sleeves. You'll be a key architect in our insights-powered organization; partnering closely across Marketing, Product Development, and Sales.
What You'll Own Business & Portfolio Strategy Help shape the future of the business by identifying where to play and how to win. You'll evaluate market opportunities, influence portfolio decisions and help prioritize the innovations that will drive long-term growth.
Product Strategy Define what makes each product successful. You'll translate consumer and market insights into compelling product strategies and positionings that create meaningful differentiation and strong commercial outcomes.
Innovation Leadership Lead the innovation process from concept through launch readiness, partnering cross-functionally to align business objectives, consumer needs and technical feasibility.
Go-to-Market Partnership Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Sales to ensure every innovation launches with a clear strategy, compelling product story and strong consumer & customer value proposition.
Performance & Optimization Uncover opportunities for improvement and turn consumer and market learnings into recommendations that strengthen future innovation.

Qualifications: Required - 7+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, product management, category management or brand strategy within consumer-packaged goods
- Demonstrated success developing product or portfolio strategies that drive innovation, commercial growth and market differentiation
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research, with the ability to translate consumer needs into winning product strategies
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience evaluating business opportunities, developing business cases and influencing portfolio investment decisions
- Experience leading products from concept through commercialization hand-off, partnering across Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience balancing consumer needs, technical feasibility and business objectives to make strategic product decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and bringing clarity to ambiguous business challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field required; MBA preferred
Work Environment- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- This role requires on-site presence in the Stamford, CT office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
