What You'll DoWe are seeking a dynamic, data-obsessed Performance Marketing Senior Manager to lead paid media strategy across channels including paid social, SEM, and affiliate for a fast-growing beauty brand. In this role, you'll own CAC and ROAS targets, manage a team and agencies to meet your goals, and partner cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Brand to scale acquisition and retention campaigns. The ideal candidate brings at least 5+ years of performance marketing experience, a strong command of analytics, especially incrementality testing and attribution, and a passion for the beauty space.

Director, DTC with a dotted line to the Media team. What You'll Be Working On- Performance Marketing:
- Drive revenue growth through paid channels and affiliate while hitting CAC targets with limited support from Director, DTC
- Define channel specific targets that ladder up to business goals
- Plan, execute and optimize all performance marketing tactics and budgets, at monthly/weekly/daily levels, in order to exceed SDJ.com revenue targets
- Manage paid search and lower funnel paid social to drive revenue growth and client acquisition on SDJ.com, ensuring there is a healthy focus on testing tactics
- Help to manage all ad spend that drives to SDJ.com in coordination with Americas Paid Media team and help to define the optimal mix of platform and tactics
- Ensure operational excellence in execution, measure weekly and daily performance to optimize spend mix
- Manage day-to-day communications and relationship with the media agency on performance marketing, as well as with the key partners: Google, Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok
- Help to own feed catalog, ensure health and needs to cover all teams
- Serve as the performance analytics lead for the Americas marketing team; define performance goals for each digital channel tied to business objectives
- TikTok Shops:
- Responsible for defining and executing on the target KPIs for TikTok Shops, partnering cross-functionally with tactical and marketing agencies for alignment
- Clearly communicate strategy and results to senior leadership within the organization
- 360 Marketing:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for the seamless execution of integrated campaigns
- Partner with the Regional and Global Marketing teams on full funnel GTM needs to support SDJ.com
- Creative
- Guide and optimize creative assets and ad copy to maximize engagement and conversion on SDJ.com with support from Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Performance Marketing
- Own and project manage creative needs and asks to our creative team and to our paid agency for SDJ.com needs
- Own creative needs briefing for promotional moments
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in ad creatives
Must Haves- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, prior experience within beauty is a plus.
- Preferred experience at an established or high-growth DTC brand and/or agency
- Proven track record of managing $15M+ performance budgets and delivering measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer impact.
- Strong understanding of how performance channels interact with brand and top of funnel channels, pipeline quality, and revenue conversion.
- Comfortable leading teams and working cross-functionally in an outcome-oriented environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to pivot quickly and effectively prioritize workload
- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule

$120,000-$140,000 USD
