Full Job Description
Help us reinvent how People Operations works.

At Docebo, we believe learning changes everything. It helps people grow, teams perform, and companies adapt. As our business continues to evolve, we're applying that same mindset to our People function.

The Adventure Ahead

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, People Operations who gets excited about making things work better and providing incredible service and experiences to our people every day.

This role is for someone who wants to build better than ever before. A leader who sees friction and wants to remove it. Someone who looks at a manual process and wonders why it exists. Someone who gets a little too excited about workflow design, automation, employee experience, and turning complexity into something beautifully simple.

People Operations touches every employee, every manager, and every stage of the employee journey. The work matters deeply. The details also matter. But the future of People Operations isn't about processing transactions. It's about building systems, experiences, and ways of working that help our people spend less time navigating processes and more time doing meaningful work.

That's where you come in.

You'll help shape the next generation of People Operations at Docebo by simplifying workflows, modernizing how work gets done, introducing thoughtful automation and AI, building People systems and processes genuinely differently and creating scalable solutions that support our global team.

You'll partner with teams across People, Technology, IT, Finance, and Legal to rethink how we deliver services and support employees through every key moment in their journey.

This is a career defining role for the right leader. If you're energized by solving problems, building better systems, and creating order out of complexity, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do
  • Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and improve service delivery across our global teams.
  • Partner with People Technology & Analytics to design scalable process and system solutions that improve employee and manager experiences.
  • Use data, process mapping, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to uncover friction and drive meaningful improvements.
  • Define and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and process health to ensure we're continuously getting better.
  • Explore practical uses of automation and AI that improve speed, consistency, and employee support while maintaining strong governance and human judgment.
  • Build clear documentation, playbooks, and operating standards that help us scale effectively.
  • Lead change management efforts that help teams adopt new ways of working successfully.
  • Partner across the business on initiatives that impact People Operations, including organizational changes, policy updates, system enhancements, and new programs.
  • Ensure our processes meet privacy, compliance, security, and audit requirements across all regions.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.

What success looks like
  • Employees and managers can navigate key People processes with less friction and greater confidence.
  • Core People Operations workflows are simpler, faster, and easier to scale globally.
  • Operational decisions are informed by meaningful data and clear service metrics.
  • Automation and AI help us work smarter without losing the human touch.
  • Documentation and controls support growth while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • People Operations is viewed as a strategic capability that helps the business move faster and operate better.

What you'll bring
  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of improving processes, simplifying complexity, and building scalable operations.
  • A systems-thinking mindset and the ability to connect technology, process, data, and employee experience.
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms such as HRIS, ATS, ticketing, and knowledge management systems. Experience with Dayforce is a plus.
  • Curiosity and comfort exploring automation and AI to improve how work gets done.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High standards for quality, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.

Why this role matters

We're building a People function designed for the future.

One where employees get the support they need when they need it. Where managers spend less time navigating process and more time leading people. Where automation handles the repetitive work and humans focus on what matters most.

If that sounds like the kind of challenge you want to take on, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Hybrid Work Philosophy

Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further. Our team spends three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) to collaborate, solve problems, and learn from each other. With flexibility the rest of the week, it's a balance designed to help everyone do their best work and keep growing.

Our Total Rewards Philosophy

Our Total Rewards Philosophy centers around three core areas to reward and care for our People:
  • Rewarding Impact: We lead with competitive pay to reward the impact, skills and traits that fuel our success.
  • Fostering Holistic Wellbeing: We care deeply about and invest in the whole person with programs that support our people's physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • Empowering Our Talent Culture: We build a culture of trust and empowerment by designing our rewards and benefits with transparency, equity, and flexibility, enabling our people to do their best work and stay for the long haul.

Our Promise to You
  • Financial Wellness: Own a piece of Docebo through our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) at a 15% discount, plus a competitive compensation package.
  • Your Well-Being, Covered: You'll get access to health benefits, so you can get the care you need when you need it.
  • Rest, Relax, Repeat: Rest and recharge with paid vacation days, two company-wide Docebo Days, floating holidays for cultural celebrations, and your birthday off!
  • Family First: We provide coverage offering you time with your little one(s) so you can soak up all those precious moments. Fun fact: we had 30 Docebian babies join the family in 2025!
  • Connections That Count: Connect with global communities through our Employee Resource Groups (including PRIDE, DWA, BIDOC, and Green Ambassadors) and company-wide events that keep the fun rolling all year long.
