Full Job Description
Reporting to the Head of People & Organization (P&O) for Tasty & Wholesome, the Senior Manager, P&O Business Partner leads business partnering for three critical functions within the Tasty & Wholesome business, supporting iconic brands including MorningStar Farms®, Eggo®, Rice Krispies Treats®, and Pop-Tarts®. A Taste of What You Will Be Doing • Strategic Partnership - Serve as a strategic People & Organization partner to business leaders, translating enterprise and business unit priorities into tailored people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and performance, capability building, and associate engagement. • People Strategy Execution - Lead the execution of the people agenda across assigned functions, ensuring effective delivery of talent, performance, succession, workforce planning, and other annual people processes that support business objectives. • Leadership Coaching - Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and Associates, providing coaching, counsel, and proactive guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership, team dynamics, and change management. • Organizational Insights - Identify and translate organizational insights into action, leveraging data, associate feedback, and business knowledge to diagnose challenges, recommend solutions, and drive people-related improvement across the assigned functions. • Talent & Organization Initiatives - Own and deliver key organizational and talent initiatives, including organization design, change management, engagement strategies, leadership development, workforce analytics, communications, and other strategic projects that enable business success. We're Looking for Someone With • Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field • Strong progressive HR business partner experience • Strong business and organizational acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to company goals and operating performance • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, challenge constructively, and drive accountability • Strong experience managing performance and talent management, organizational change, and capability building, while being a trusted partner to Associates and Leaders Compensation The annual salary range is $153,600 - $201,600, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
