Full Job Description
Join us at our Morning Star Farms plant, located in Zanesville, OH as a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor! You will oversee the daily activity and development of multiple technicians, while identifying opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and at a low cost. You will work to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives! This position works from 5 am - 5 pm. This facility is a 24/7 operation.

At our Zanesville, OH facility we offer an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders to inspire their team to achieve daily goals while improving plant efficiency. You'll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders to implement innovative maintenance programs, develop your team's expertise, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

We're Looking for Someone With
  • High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
  • Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work an off shift

Compensation

The annual salary range is $77,200-$106,150, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
