Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields (including third-party logistics (3PL) supplier management, warehouse/fulfillment, automation, and MRP/WMS/TMS systems) driving transformations, cost reduction, inventory optimization, and working capital improvements. • 10 years of experience managing and developing managers. • Experience managing end-to-end supply chain activities (planning, procurement, production, inventory, logistics, distribution) in environments such as manufacturing, 3PLs, omnichannel, regulated industries like pharma/biotech. Preferred qualifications: • Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Demand and Operations Planning (D&OP) management. • Experience with or active as a Toyota Production System (TPS) practitioner, lean leader, 5S or Gemba advocate, as well as digital tools, AI, advanced analytics and shop floor automation. • Experience scaling operations and managing third-party logistics (3PL) labor across multiple sites. • Proven track record in removing waste from and improving the velocity of material, information and people flow, as well as Safety and Compliance. Your role requires material flow and sequencing knowledge, attention to safety, quality, delivery, cost and people (SQCDP).
