The Operational Risk Leadis responsible forleading and sustaining enterprise-level operational, business continuity, and supply continuity programs that protect patients, customers, and operations across DePuy Synthes. This role serves as the critical bridge between Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and operational functions, partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks across sites, suppliers, and logistics networks, strengthen organizational resilience, and ensure rapid recovery from disruptions. This is ahighimpactleadership role with visibility to senior leadership and direct influence on operational readiness, risk mitigation, and business performance.
Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement leaders toidentifycritical vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation strategies across materials, suppliers, sites, andlogisticsnetworks.
Lead enterprise risk assessments, scenario planning, stress testing, and contingency planning for operational disruptions, including supplier failures, geopolitical events, cyber threats, and natural disasters.
Establish risk monitoring, reporting, and resilience metrics to evaluate effectiveness,identifyemerging risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure business continuity and operational risk programs align with regulatory, quality, audit, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor during significant disruptions, coordinating cross-functional response activities, mitigation efforts, and executive communications.
Required:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, ora relatedfield.
Min of 810 years of progressive experience in business continuity, supply chain resilience, risk management, or operations leadership.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
122,000.00 - 245,000.00 USD Annual

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
